💎 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos as proof.

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Used or worn jewellery

Customised or personalised items

Minor variations in color, texture, or size (as these are natural in handmade or plated jewellery)

Once approved, our support team will guide you through the return process.

🔁 3. Replacement Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Replacement of the same design depends on stock availability.

If unavailable, we’ll offer a similar product or a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed defective or wrongly delivered.

For verified damage or defect cases, DIORA will bear the shipping cost.
